Our Terms & Conditions do not affect your UK statutory rights.
However, if you do not agree with them, then please purchase elsewhere.
PRIVACY POLICY.
Customers details, such as Name, Address, Phone Number(s) and email Addresses are only kept on our copy of any invoice. These records are kept for a minimum of six years. The contents of which, are never disclosed to any third party.
Any other personal information, either on paper or contained in an email, is destroyed after the conclusion of the sale/service. No financial information is stored on this website or on our computers.
Credit Cards.
All Credit/Debit Card information is destroyed/deleted at the end of each successful transaction.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
You can cancel a transaction by contacting us. Please do this as soon as possible if you have ordered in error.

PLASMA & LCD PARTS.
Our parts are not new unless otherwise stated on the individual item. More information can be found on our FAQ page.
PRICES.
Prices are correct for parts currently held in stock, but may be subject to alteration WITHOUT further notice.
Prices displayed for products are inclusive of delivery within mainland UK at the Standard Post Office delivery rate.
VAT is inclusive at the applicable rate for parts but will be added for any additional postal charges. We do not supply any parts VAT free.
All international sales have postage added at checkout.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Orders can only taken via this website. No order will be dispatched until we receive confirmation from CardSave that your credit/debit card transaction has been successful.
Existing Trade customers may apply for a monthly account at our discretion.
OUTSTANDING INVOICES
The Company reserves the right to sue any Debtor for full payment of all outstanding invoices. In such event the Buyer shall be responsible for legal costs in the preparation and completion of the Company's action for debt recovery.
SPECIFICATIONS
On this site, specifications are, to the best of our knowledge correct. We do, however, reserve the right to alter them without notice if necessary.
SHIPPING.
Parts are usually sent within 24 hours when ordered within a standard UK working day. Delivery time is dependant on the Royal Mail postal service. All orders are sent by Standard Parcel (unless you select otherwise) which is usually 4 - 5 working days. For heavier items, a courier service may be used at our discretion.
We will endeavour to inform you of delivery times or any problems that may occur, however, we can not be held responsible for delays which are outside of our control.
Company & Public holidays may delay dispatch.
Last order time for next working day dispatch is usually 3:00 PM UK time, if possible.
OUR GUARANTEE.
Our parts are only guaranteed not to be DOA. (Dead On Arrival) Even then, strict conditions apply. Please see our Returns policy and read our Parts FAQ page for further information.
RETURNS.
You may cancel your order up until the delivery date. Please quote the order number and the reason for cancelling your order. We will refund your order minus original shipping charges if it has already been dispatched. There are no restocking fees on cancelled orders as long as the original packaging remains unopened.
Goods will not be accepted back without authorisation from a member of our sales staff. This can be obtained by phone or emailing us within 14 days of order date.
Please Note! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days past the dispatch date.
A re-stocking charge will be deducted from any refund when goods are ordered in error or not required. Items which are returned to us marked, defaced or damaged will incur a re-stocking charge up to 100%. Returned items will be subject to testing for these reasons.
Return of brand new parts that have been fitted into a set will incur a larger restock fee as they can no longer be sold as new.
Handling and postage/delivery charges for returned items to us are not refundable unless agreed by us.
Claims for short delivery or damage must be made within FIVE days from receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: All our parts are security coded.
